🔁 Cancellation Policy

  1. Before Content Submission:
    • You may cancel your order and request a full refund before you have submitted your article or content assets (text, images, links).
    • Please notify us immediately at contact@writermats.com with your payment details and reason for cancellation.
  2. After Content Submission but Before Review:
    • Cancellations requested after content submission but before editorial review begins may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a deduction of administrative/processing charges (usually 10–20%).
  3. After Editorial Review or Publication:
    • Once your article enters the review or publication phase, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

💸 Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Guest post placements, sponsored posts, or link insertions that are already published are considered final and non-refundable.
    • Customized or time-sensitive services are also non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
  2. Rejected Articles:
    • If your submitted article is rejected due to policy violations (e.g., plagiarized, AI-generated, irrelevant niche, or misleading content), we reserve the right to refuse publication without a refund. However, we may provide you with the option to revise and resubmit.
  3. Failed Transactions or Overpayments:
    • In case of duplicate payments or transaction failures, we will initiate a refund within 5–7 business days upon receiving proof of transaction from your side.

⏱ Turnaround Time (TAT)

  • We aim to review and publish accepted posts within 5–7 business days of receiving all required materials. If we fail to deliver within this timeframe without valid cause, a full or partial refund may be considered.
